Managers will not use any management
style in order to communicate with his
employee.
Managers believe that the use of emotion
communication will give more
understanding.
Managers use this as a private compromise
among him and his employees.
4. The benefits that managers will get if he use
Grapevine Communication.
o The managers can make a bonding with the
employee, therefore he will know more
about his employees ability.
o Employees will sense some recognition. By
having this ‘bonding’ relationship, he will be
motivate to work, because he will try to
attract the managers attention towards him.
5. o Its easy for the mangers to make
research on how he manage the
organization, because when there is a
bonding relation between manager and
employees, the employees will not be so
afraid to express their feelings.
