As the document goes on through the review/approval process it advances through several phases or draft stages. By default, the following draft stages are available: Draft, Pending approval, Approved, and Rejected. Now we will see how to add an additional draft stage in DocPublisher.

Note that you can add as many stages as needed (in which case each value should be in its own line). 3) Describe the workflow guidelines here (which will be presented to a user when routing a document for review/approval). Click OK to save the new stage.
