 As per ADCO Task orders prepare the Manpower, Material & Equipment.
 Get work permit (PTW) for related job from related department.
 Ensure the Safety & Quality of Blasting and painting as per ADCO Procedure.
 Ensure the ADCO LPR rules before start the job.
 Taking quantities off from drawings to prepare the Priced bill of quantities for making quotations/Tenders.
 Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports & Monthly Valuation.
 Planning and Execution of work, tracking the project schedules.
 Preparing Variation statement, certifying the bill against the work
 Prepare /assist with enquiries to be sent to subcontractors and review tenders, interview and negotiation on
their offers, discuss potential problems and co-ordinate with Contract/Project Managers.
 Prepare /assist with tenders and subsequent accounts for work ancillary to the main contract.
 Notify the Employer/Representative of any variation from contract and claim for extension of time.
 Review the overall effect on project and convey proper information to Contracts Manager/ Project Manager.
 Prepare /assist on final accounts and submission.
 Attend strategy meeting as and when called by Group Commercial Manager.
 Responsible for the mobilization of production planning and material management of work at site, with proper safety and
quality measures, to meet the requirement of progress of project.
 Monitoring quality systems & compliance with pre set standards; troubleshooting and maintaining requisite documents to
ensure complete in-process quality & improvement in process capabilities.
 Responsible for make cutting plan as per Drawing and facilitating project completion in minimum turnaround time, while
ensuring the product quality as per FQP to maximize output.
 Ensuring effective standard inspection and testing procedures and discipline to ensure safe & timely execution of the
projects.
 Successfully coordinate tasks with customer and as well as contractors for the required plant maintenance and supervise
maintenance/ repairing work. Responsible for ensuring optimal utilization of available resources while controlling overhead
costs and enhancing productivity
