He had previously served as President and CEO from 2002 to 2012, helping to guide the Company through difficult periods and raising over $6 million for exploration and working capital. JAKE BOTTAY RETIRES FROM DIRECTORSHIP
Vancouver, B.C. – July 16, 2014 - Highbank Resources Ltd. (TSX.V –“HBK”), (the “Company”).
Mr. Victor N. Bryant, CEO announces the retirement and resignation of Jake Bottay as a Director of
Highbank Resources Ltd.- Board of Directors.
Jake Bottay joined the Board in March 1996 and was appointed President & CEO from August 2002 to
September 2012. He helped guide the Company through some challenging periods, and assisted in
raising over $6.0 million in financing for exploration and working capital during that tenure. Mr. Bottay
will continue to consult for the board as required.
The Board and Management wish to thank Mr. Bottay for his contribution and leadership over those ten
years of management and sixteen years of directorship.
