9. Balance the benefits of achieving the goal with a realistic assessment of the problems you might encounter along the way
10. Visualisation has been shown to be about 20% more effective if you visualise yourself as others see you (adopt a third person perspective)
11. Create a dream chart to remind you of your dreams but only use it when you are feeling positive about your goal (e.g. After you have successfully achieved one of your sub-goals).
