1. The AdzZoo Compensation Plan allows Campaign Directors
to earn income in seven different ways!
AdzZoo’s compensation plan is based on the enroll-
ment team of our Campaign Directors. This provides
the opportunity to earn additional compensation on
every Campaign Director that you personally enroll
and each of the Campaign Directors that they
personally enroll, and so on.
1. Certification Bonus
A $1,000 bonus is paid on every certification that occurs within an Associate Campaign Director’s first 45
days. A $500 bonus is paid to the ACD’s first upline Certified Campaign Director. An additional $500 bonus
is paid to one of the following: ACD’s first upline Certified Campaign Director or Certified Campaign
Director that helped close the sale that reached $1,800 in Commissionable Volume for the ACD.
2. Personal Ad Campaign Sales
Campaign Directors can earn income from personal ad campaign sales to clients. New Ad Campaign
Sales will pay a fixed percentage of the Commissionable Volume based on each Campaign Director’s Rank.

2. 3. Overrides on Ad Campaign Sales
Campaign Directors earn income from sales to clients submitted by a Campaign Director in their enrollment
team. New Ad Campaign Sales will pay a fixed percentage to the enrollment team based on each Cam-
paign Director’s Rank. Campaign Directors can earn as much as 41% on personal sales and as much as 26%
on overrides from sales submitted by your enrollment team. Once a Campaign Director reaches the Senior
Director rank, they are eligible to receive Generational overrides on their enrollment team. Commissions
will be paid out based on the following compensation grid to the enrolling Campaign Director and his/her
upline:

4. Ad Campaign Sale Renewals
Campaign Directors earn a residual income from both personal sales to clients and sales to clients
submitted by a Campaign Directors in their enrollment team. AdzZoo will continue to pay commissions
as long as the client is in our advertising program.
5. Bonus Pools
Campaign Directors may be eligible to participate in our bonus pools.

3. 6. Personal Sale Advance Commissions
Every certified CD who has opted into the Advance program will be advanced $115 per Advantage sale
with a Bundle Fee of $300 or greater. For a Bundle Fee of $200, the advanced amount will be $70.
The sales must be either a 3 month or 6 month paid in advance Advantage sale.
For instance:
An RD makes a 3month Advantage sale where the AdzZoo bundle cost totals $900.
Then he/she receives $306 in commission (34% x $900) plus $115 in advance
commission for a total of $421. For more details go to your AdzZoo back office.
7. Override Advance Commissions
Every Senior Director and above qualifies for generational overrides as stated above. AdzZoo pays out a
$110 advance for Bundle Fees $300 or greater and $70 for a Bundle Fee of $200. Here are examples of the
payout by Bundle Fee:
