Managing Your Calendar View
The calendar view allows you to view your events on a specific day,
week, month, or year. The clean interface makes it easy for you
manage your events and tasks. You can quickly choose which view
you want to see, add events, and navigate the dateline. The week
view includes column or row layouts. Click the Layout icons to
navigate between the week views.
Online Calendar
Add an Event to Calendar
Scheduling events is easy to do with options to add details, invite
others and resources, add attachments, and schedule reminders.
With Calendar, you can save all the event's details by just clicking
OK. There are two shortcuts for adding events in your calendar view.

Sharing Tasks in Calendar
Share your tasks with other people by adding their email addresses
or selecting them from one of your groups. After adding users to the
task, specify if they have read, write, or administrator access. Click
the Task History tab to view details about the updates made to the
task.
View Multiple Calendars
Turning on and managing your multiple calendars view is a cinch
with the View Multiple Calendars pane. While in your personal
calendar view, you can select other calendars to view without going
to a different screen. Once a calendar is added to your multiple
calendars view, you can turn the events on and off and select a
display color for the events.

2. Use the Search Options in Calendar
You can easily search calendar events with the Quick Search field or with
an Advanced Search. From any view, just enter the word or phrase you
want to search and click Search icon, or the Adv. Search hyperlink. By
using the Adv. Search hyperlink in the upper right corner, you can add
search criteria and do a more specific search.
Setting Holidays in Calendar
Add a collection of holidays to your personal or custom calendar, and
then select or clear the checkboxes to indicate which holidays to display
on the selected calendar. You can select from 29 holiday collections.

View Upcoming Events / Tasks
You can quickly add groups to your Calendar. Click the New Group button to add
a new Group to your Calendar.
Change Color Themes in Calendar
You can choose from several themes to change the colors of your
Calendar. The color themes are available in your settings. Once you have
set your calendar options, click Save to confirm the settings.
Use the Calendar Settings to Set Preferences
You can manage your calendar settings from one easy-to-use menu. There are
advanced options for selecting formats and reminders, as well as multiple
calendar view settings. Once you have set your calendar options, click Save to
confirm the settings.
