1. 带灯船形开关氖灯与 LED 灯的对比
目前，市面上带灯船形开关只有 2 种，一种是 LED 灯船形，另外
一种是氖灯船形开关。到底这两种灯哪一种好一点呢,下面我们来进行
一下探讨。
1.装配工艺：氖灯在工艺上需要绕灯，这就需要大量人工，现如今，
人成本相当之高，相较于 led 灯开关来说没有较大的优势。但是市面
上现 90%以上的开关为氖灯结构，若全部改成 led 灯，内部结构需全
部转换，这无形中就增加了一部分成本。并且现在大部分人群还未意
识到用 Led 的效果究竟是好在什么地方，所以还是选择氖灯的客户会
多很多。
2.从灯的效果来说：氖灯为发散光，led 灯为聚拢光。不过现在市面上
LED 灯也开创了发散光，但是其主要材料是从日本进口，材料相当贵，
所以在成本上来讲，LED 灯比氖灯贵将近 5 倍左右。这也是现在大部
分人选择氖灯的原因。
3.从使用寿命来讲：虽然 led 的寿命比氖灯的寿命长，但是现在氖灯

2. 的使用寿命普遍能够满足现在小家电厂家的使用要求，所以大部分人
没有考虑到要更换 LED 灯的开关。
综上所述，LED 灯，在性能上是明显优于氖灯的，但是考虑到各方面
的原因，目前大部分厂家依然愿意选择氖灯。但是如果哪天能够在把
创新出一种低成本的 LED 灯，相信大多数的人愿意选择 LED 灯。
Compare neon rocker switch and LED rocker switch
At present,illuminate rocker switch only 2 kinds,one is LED rocker

First,from the assembly process,neon rocker switch need around
the lamp(it is a process),which need a lot of labor.Today,the cost of
labor is quite high.It is no advantages vs LED rocker

3. switch.However,above 90% rocker switch is NEON structure,it well
increase the cost if all of NEON structure are changed to LED rocker
switch.What’s more most people are not aware of the effect of LED
rocker switch.So almost people still choose NEON rocker switch.
Second,from the effect of light,NEON is divergent light,LED is
gather type light.Now it is appeared divergent light of LED in
market,but its main materials are imported from Japan,so in terms the
cost,LED’s 5 times more expensive than Neon.
Last but not least,from life term,Although LED life longer than
NEON light,but now,the life of NEON light are able to meet the use
requirements of appliance manufacture.So almost people do not take
into account to replace the LED rocker switch.
In summary,although LED performance is much better than
NEON,but all things considered,we all still choose NEON.But if one
day be able to put innovation out of a low-cost LED lights, I believe
