The document outlines a manifesto for the 2014 LS Elections with 13 policy proposals:

5) Establish the "Right to Protest" for peaceful demonstrations.
2. (1) Income Tax Free Country for 5 years
For decades, it has been a Heartache to see depreciation of
Rupee, a currency which we use daily. Is it thoughtful why
fellow Indian citizens are departing from our own country?
Is it for better education, job or living standards?
It is for corollary.
By INCOME Tax free nation on certain sectors, we aim to
welcome them to own country and appreciate Indian Rupee.

If my letter makes no appeal to your heart, on the eleventh day of this
month I shall proceed with such co-workers of the Ashram as I can take, to
disregard the provisions of the Salt Laws. I regard this tax to be the most

made with this evil.
