The Power Stone is sold by following this outline:
"The Power Stone is a product that allows a service technician to call a remote site with any touch‐tone
telephone and do 3 things:
1 ‐ Determine if a power outage has occurred. (This may explain why a call for service was
initiated)
2 ‐ Determine if power is currently being applied to the equipment. (This also may explain why
a call for service was received, and if a technician should be dispatched)
3 ‐ And lastly, power can be reset or the equipment rebooted if necessary…..
All of these procedures can be done on any touch‐tone telephone!”

Closing the sale:
Tell the client “When The Power Stone prevents one unnecessary service call, it has paid for itself.”
The client's "down" time is dramatically reduced if a reboot corrects the problem. (2 minutes via the
telephone, 1‐2 hours for a site visit). Keep in mind that service departments are profit centers and
welcome service calls, however, calls performed during the warranty period erodes any profits made
on the sale of the equipment.
Operation: The Power Stone works in either Automatic or Manual mode.
