Driven Talent Acquisition Leader with 14 years of
progressive work experience in all facets of
recruitment: RPO to Executive Search to Leadership
Hiring, Sri has hired superior quality talent from
industry, research and academic institutions.
Sri was the erstwhile global head of recruitment at
Aditi Technologies (currently a part of HARMAN)
and was the Director of Strategic Recruitment at
PRAMATI, a tech incubator. He was also a part of
ABC Consultants managing their IT Practice., where
he acquired solid experience in the recruitment of
top executives and middle management
professionals for diverse industries.
Over the last decade, Sri has successfully executed
complex leadership mandates for Fortune 500
companies as well as cutting edge tech Startups.
Sri founded Adviti to focus on Startup hiring
especially in the new-tech space. Adviti also
focuses in onboarding diversity candidates and
engaging with Startups for equity.
He holds a Masters degree in Management,
majoring in Human Resources and Marketing from
the University of Pune. He codes for passion and a
self proclaimed Mythology and History buff.

“Parthi” brings 10+ years of experience in human
resource function, predominantly focusing on
identifying top performers across verticals and
technologies. An Engineer by qualification, he is
meticulous and structured while approaching any
complex search mandate.
Parthi was associated with PRAMATI, a tech
incubator, owning Chennai & Bangalore’s
recruitment function. Pramati being an tech
incubator, Parthi got phenomenal experience in
hiring for startups in various product lines – be it
analytics, platform, digital or IOT. Prior to Pramati,
he was with Aditi technologies, owning recruitment
for EMEA and NA region’s business. He started his
career at Adea Inc., where he acquired extensive
knowledge & experience in the international
recruitment.
He holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics
Engineering. He is passionate about photography
and travelling.

BRIEFING
• We draw up the job specification, including professional
competences, experience, and personal qualifications
required, which will be used to evaluate the candidates.
Presentation
• Presentation of the most qualified candidates, including detailed reports
which provide useful and contrasting information regarding the adequacy
and alignment of each executive to the position.
Reference Check and Offer Negotiation
• Once a client selects a candidate and before making a final offer, references
will be checked with individuals who are or were in positions in direct
relation, and that can contribute information about their past performance.
At the request of client, we will also assist clients on offer terms and
structure.
Pre and Post Acceptance Monitoring
• We will stay in touch with the offered candidate to keep their interests warm.
We have noticed that a disengaged candidate is much likely to drop the
offer.
RESEARCH
• Identification of candidates in the market through diverse
sources:
• Exhaustive search on our database and other information
sources.
• Direct search in target companies, previously defined with
the client. Generally, the search is focused within similar
industries or business sectors.
• Direct contact through our valuable network, which
provides references for the best candidates that we look
for.
APPROACH & INTERVIEW
• Due to the fact that candidates with the desired qualifications
are not usually actively looking for a job, we must identify,
interview, and convince them of the benefits of the position
being offered.
• In the interviews, a clear understanding regarding their
achievements, abilities, motivations, and potential for growth
are obtained, as well as possible limitations.
