Ignition & Timing
The car is running a points distributor with gap set at .018" or set 30 degrees dwell.
Ignition timing 12 degrees BTDC with vacuum hose disconnected and vacuum is spark
port.
Switches
The toggle switch on the far right side of the instrument panel (see Picture 1-A) is the
Fan Switch that turns the electric fan on and off. This switch is totally manual, so
don't forget to turn it on and off.
The toggle switch on the left side of the Fan Switch (see Picture 1-B) is the Hi-Beam
Switch.
The 3-way toggle switch on the transmission panel (see Picture 1-E) is the Turn Signal
Switch. This switch must be manually turned off and it is independent of power from
the ignition switch (can be turned on without the key).
Quick Release Steering Wheel & Grab Handle
A quick release steering wheel is used to make getting in and out of the car easier.
Remove the wheel by pressing in the Release Button (see Picture 1-J) and pulling the
wheel off of its hex mount. Step into the car and grip the Grab Handle (see Picture 1-K)
to help lower yourself down into the seat. Replace the wheel by pressing in the Release
Button and aligning the hex mount. Make certain the wheel is locked in place.

Emergency Brake
A
Picture 2: To engage the emergency brake (see 'A') , depress the brake pedal firmly and then
press the E-Brake Palm Button down. Brake pressure will remain on the rear brakes. To
disengage the emergency brake, depress and release the brake pedal.

Fuse Panel

Lexan Windshield
Clear LEXAN MR10 sheet combines the impact strength of LEXAN with an improved
MARGARD II surface coating on both sides to offer the most UV/abrasion-resistant
material available today. This combination of properties helps ensure “like new” appear-
ance for many years to come.
Features of Lexan MR-10 Sheet:
• Virtually unbreakable
• Stands up to everyday cleaning and wear without marring or hazing
• Extended outdoor service life, resists yellowing
• Glossy surface finish on both sides
Cleaning MR10 Lexan® Sheet
Clean and wipe with soft cloth and Formula 409. Then wipe with a Micro Fiber cloth. Do
not use Windex and paper towels.
Paint
Paint is enamel Rustoleum, available anywhere in small can, quart can, and spray can.
For touch up use small paint brush. Paint can also be shot with spray gun with 30%
acetone mix.

Aluminum
To clean, use Formula 409 and/or fine Scotchbrite pad.
