ADD No. ..... raised' this entry may be made by the operating crew or maintenance personnel The ADD record pages must be suitably annotated with details of the defect and a time limit must be specified (date and time or remaining flight hours and/or cycles).
21. ORIENT FLIGHTS CAMO 21 No Certificate of Release to Service is to be issued for the carried forward item until the defect has been cleared on a subsequent SRP.
