5. Many people with some sort of a facial blemish
or mark have problems with self-confidence,
and those suffering from Angular Cheilitis are
no exception. The fact is that the painful sores
and crusts caused by this skin disease are

8. So what is the alternative? Fortunately there
are several natural remedies you can use to
not only treat Angular Cheilitis naturally but
also for less cost. One important note here: do
not treat this problem with lip balms or
ointments used to treat cold sores. You see
the main culprit behind this skin sickness are
bacteria and fungi and additional moisture is
precisely what they need to grow even more
causing more severe problems. So once again
– no lip balms.
9. Actually what you need to do is try to keep the
lips area as dry as possible, if you can even
refrain from licking your lips. Next take a good
look at your diet, people with diet lacking Iron
and Vitamin B have a much higher chance of
becoming ill with Cheilosis, the easiest way to
deal with this is to add vitamin/mineral
supplements to your diet but the better way is
to pay more attention to what you eat.
10. Improving your diet could be one of the most
important things you can do to eliminate
Cheilitis, for example instead of Iron
supplements add some more meat to your
diet, especially liver – its chocked full of Iron.
And for the Vitamin B just include more fish
(seefood in general is very good for you) and
some leafy green vegetables, besides giving
your body fuel necessary to fight Angular
Cheilitis you’ll be providing tons of other
