2. Purpose
• 1. Pour water ( or corn syrup ) in cup.
• 2. Place egg in the cup of water ( or corn
syrup)
• 3. Leave the egg in cup for 24 hrs.
• 4. After 24 hrs, measure the egg using
measure string and balance.
• 5. Record the results.

• Vinegar
• Corn syrup
• 2 cups

• A string
• Tape measure
• Two beakers
