technical and business personnel to ensure scope, risks, and issues are managed appropriately.

SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

  ● Introduced Agile with Scrum and recommended it be the primary IT project management methodology for a
rapidly growing vendor to the mortgage servicing industry. Introduced a project tracking tool based on MS
Excel for simple, virtual, and cost-effective project management. Led application and reporting development
      projects.

delivering HR data for various reporting purposes. Performed data analysis, metadata management, and
managed the effort to successfully develop and test external application interfaces.
  ● Developed the strategic vision for retiring an aging corporate Directory Services application/database and
replacing its functionality using the PeopleSoft HCM data mart, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS)
      2007, and Microsoft Active Directory.
  ● Assumed responsibility for rescuing a jeopardized project to internally develop an HR application for
automating non-standard compensation processes. This project had failed in several prior efforts, and the
customer was very pleased with the resulting system. Coordinated both domestic and off-shore resources to
      deliver the final solution.
