13. APPLICATION PROCEDURE
STEP 1 Franchise Applicant:
Express interest in Happi Outlet store business concept by faxing ( 417 8148 ) or mailing a
letter of intent address to:

STEP 2 Happi Outlet will do the following:
1. Send you Franchise application and Franchise Application form
STEP 3 Franchise Applicant must:
1. Review the Franchise Presentation
2. Fill out Franchise Application Form
3. Send it back to 3RD flr Sunshine Blvd Quezon ave; Quezon City
Step 4 – Happi Outlet Inc.– will do the following:
1. Do an initial assessment of the proposed site upon receipt of complete requirements.
2. Get in touch with Franchise Applicant if the site is approved or not.
3. If approved, we will send the Franchise Approval Letter and Draft of Franchise
Agreement for review
Step 5 – Happi Outlet Inc:
1. Schedule meeting with Franchise Applicant for business discussion
2. After all questions have been answered satisfactorily, a determination may then be
made whether you wish to join the Happi Outlet family.
