• In primii ani de dupa revolutie, tranzactiile imobiliare se
derulau in mod direct, intre vanzator si cumparator
• In contextul unui nivel de intelegere scazut in ceea ce
priveste procesul tranzactional, au avut loc numeroase
fraude
• S-a creat o nisa evidenta pentru agentiile imobiliare –
acestea devenind un business foarte profitabil
• Prin campanii de marketing foarte agresive, agentiile au
reusit sa se pozitioneze drept singura varianta prin care
cineva putea achizitiona o proprietate
