3. LOCATION
The Built Tour Montparnasse is in the neighborhood of
Montparnasse, in the Maine 33 Avenue, Paris. Is the
tallest building.

4. HISTORY
• It was built between 1969 and 1972, where was
the old station, by the architect Roger Saubot.
• It was opened in 1973.
• The are currently offices.

5. Description
• The tower measures
210m and has 59 floors,
including the terraze from
where you get a
panoramic view of unique
Paris.
• In cas of emergency, the
terraze of the roof can be
converter into a helipad in
less than two minutes.

6. • There is a lift wicht climbs
to the top of the building
in 38 seconds. It’s the lift
faster of the world.
• In the floor 56 there is a
Restaurant.
• Currently working some
5000 people.
• The floor 56 and the
terraze are open to the
public.
