This document discusses rebuilding leadership, organizations, and society for the 21st century. It argues that the financial crisis was actually a social and moral breakdown. It advocates for rebuilding leadership by listening more to customers and crowdsourcing ideas. Organizations need to move beyond 20th century industrial models. Society can be rebuilt by increasing citizen participation in decision making. The next LeaderLab conference will be held on June 13-14, 2012.
