Tony Questions: So one of the things I find is that I have a lot of Activities….not easy to sort and prioritise etc. What about some different use cases for Boards – Respond to an RFP? - Work with my colleagues to develop a customer account plan. - Manage my day to day tasks - What about managing a project? Or maybe how does the Kudos Team manage the development of Kudos? Then Analytics. How do you gain insights into what is working well in Connections, and what isn’t. Admin Reports – Which Communities are Active, Which are not? - Which users are approaching their Files Quota? - What % of users have completed their Profiles? Should we add a new tasks? Community Managers – First Time Users. - Most Valued Content - Most Active Users Personal Analytics – When I post stuff how do I know it is being used or of interest to others? - My Popular Blog Posts - My Popular Files - My Recent Followers Want to know your First Time Users?
