smile plays a major role. This presentation
describes a case of a discoloured maxillary central
incisor restored with a lithium disilicate crown.

2. Pre-operative pictures
A 33 yrs old Female patient reported with a
discoloured left maxillary central incisor.
H/o Trauma 17 yrs back,
On examination:
Discolored restoration with 21.,Labially placed 21.
Patient was asymptomatic.

3. Pre operative condition
Radiographic Examination:
Complete obliteration of the root canal with 21 seen.
• Diagnosis:
*Ellis & Deveys Class IV fracture with 21.
Treatment Plan:
Tooth was asymptomatic since 17yrs, so
Endodontic therapy was avoided and a full
veneered all ceramic crown (Lithium Disilicate)
was planned.
*Classification for traumatic injuries to anterior teeth in adults
