About the workshop hosts
Capt. Tor Henrik Krokstad. Has been a pilot
for 30 years with broad experience from
the airline industry. His training background
extends from simulator training, line training
of pilots, leadership training of new
commanders, human factor training of
cabin crew, pilots, technicians, and various other
airline personnel. He has specialised in Human Factors
and is also involved with other industries on the subject.
He has developed training for maritime training
facilities and is used as a speaker in the
pharmaceutical industry throughout Europe on safety
and risk assessment.
Jon Lars Syversen is a psychologist with 25
years of experience as consultant for the
airline industry and air force. He has worked
for a range of different companies, from
small operators to major airlines, flying fixed
wing and helicopters. His main experience
is from pilot selection and with CRM-training,
Commander-, Supervisor-, Instructor-courses. He has
also trained CAA inspectors and been engaged in
leadership development programs for a wide range of
industries and professions. He is especially dedicated to
the practical consequences of values, attitudes and
cultural issues that contribute to individual professional
successes and safety in risk operations.
About HUCON Global
HUCON Global specializes on human factors. The main
focus is to bring the concept into training of personnel
operating in high-risk environments. Assessing human
performance is becoming increasingly important since
procedures and technology are getting more
complex. The company is working with this in aviation,
the maritime industry and in medicine.

About the workshop host
Roger Axelsson is the managing direcor of
Airline Management AS. He has 35 years
experience from managing air operations
and projects. His education is within
aeronautical science, air operations and
training and general management (MBA)
with experience as commercial pilot, chief pilot
ambulance services, airline pilot, quality and safety
manager at offshore large helicopter ops., VP Flight
operations with scheduled and charter passenger
and cargo ops., and a broad spectrum of projects
from defence industrial cooperation projects to
establishing hospital services and logistics supply lines
in crisis areas. Most relevant for this workshop: how to
establish innovative financing- and service provision
solutions.
About the organisation:
Airline Management AS is based close to Oslo
Gardermoen airport, Norway. It is engaged in project
development, often as risk share partner, with a group
of experienced specialists within military and civilian
aerospace projects, including innovative financial
solutions. Personnel xperience include military and
