This document provides a sample food journal entry to help users log their food intake. The sample entry includes 1/2 cup of sliced berries and 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast along with 2 slices of whole wheat bread with jam and butter. The user's hunger and fullness ratings are also recorded to track satisfaction levels before and after eating. Blank sections are included for users to fill out their own food, hunger, and fullness entries to monitor their food intake.
