ā€¢ Visitors (who are they, how many times they viewed
information, which city are they from, how many of them are
new visits)
ā€¢ Trafļ¬c Sources (which sites sent you the most trafļ¬c, what
keywords do people search on Google to get to your website)

immediate exits ā€œhigh bounce ratesā€ which means that the
content is irrelevant/not interesting to visitors)

ā€¢ A/B Testing
ā€¢ A website is sometimes akin to a physical shop. Even after you build it, you
wait and wait for people to enter your shop.
ā€¢ Once they enter your shop, you pray and hope they buy things from you.
ā€¢ What can you do to increase visitors?
ā€¢ Answer: Promotions, Marketing, Publicity.
ā€¢ What can you do to increase sales from the visitors?
ā€¢ Answer: Test and understand your visitors. Perhaps multi-coloured
shelves are not their cup of tea.

ā€¢ Most people typed the web address into their browser
(meaning it was word of mouth)
ā€¢ Second highest referrer is Facebook and Google organic
search (People found us via Google!) of which most people
found our website by typing in ā€œYet Another Studioā€
ā€¢ This indicates a high % of visitors already heard of YAS but
wanted to check out the website.
