2. Friday November 7th and November
9th, 2014
● On November 7th and 9th I helped run the concession and score
sheet/time clock at the Female PeeWee Hockey Tournament.
Without the help of volunteers this event would not have
occurred.
● Young female hockey players in Kamloops and the surrounding
area were able to partake in a fun tournament to challenge their
skills and abilities.
● The skills required for these tasks included math skills to
calculate change and totals at the concession and
communication skills to run the score sheet and time clock to
communicate with referees.
3. August 31st, 2014
● On August 31st I worked at West 49 for two hours. I helped
customers find and purchase merchandise based on their
needs and wants.
● Residents of Kamloops were able to shop at West 49 and
purchase desired merchandise.
● The skills required for this job included: friendliness, to
communicate nicely with customers; time management, to get
everything done on time; and cleanliness, to get everything
clean prior to close.
