 Experience gained in : Crew Office, Reception, Shorex, Cruise Department,
Housekeeping, Public Rooms, Restaurant, Provisions, Galley and the Pursers
Office. Lawrence was able to spend a few days within each of these departments
where he decided that the right path for him was Food and Beverage.

 Experience gained in : Lawrence continued to work in the Pursers Office for a
week and then worked in the galley for the remaining month where he rotated
around the kitchen to gain basic experience in all areas. He was able to work in the
cold pantry, butchery, fishmonger, roast, veg, potatoes, hot appetiser, dish washer,
pot wash, soup, sauces, pastry, bakery and the verandah.
