Having been approved master’s degree in electrical engineering which has been supported
by 12 years full time relevant experiences in the TPWW SCADA department a main branch
of Iran energy ministry, With contributing to IDS_SAG, Siemens, E+H, Krohne, Flexim and
Mentzer also some known international company to do:
1. Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for about 2000 instruments and transmitters.
2. PLC S7, S7-1200 and HMI/SCADA configuration for 121 tremendous sites with over
50,000 tags.
3. Approving P&ID plus control philosophy based on operators expectations.
4. Installing instruments both quantity and quality based on ultrasonic and electromagnetic
for around 2000 physical nodes.
5. Delivering analog and digital of ICA panel signals from sites into the control rooms with
wireless communication methods such as UHF/VHF, GPRS, GSM based on TRIO modems.
6. Supervising the site acceptance tests (SAT) and commissioning for almost 100 sites.
7. Having been investigated through EU guidelines for GMP to using electronic records
and electronic signatures Into the pump stations and treatments.
8. Troubleshooting and modifying the control systems both individually and in group.

Working as an Expert DCS at TPWW from Jan 2003 till Dec 2013
1. Work with internal and external resources to specify detailed design data and prepare
related documents (including IO list) for control systems of Dams, Pump station and
treatments.
2. DCS/PLC and HMI configuration based on control philosophy of all sites.
3. Supervise SAT and commissioning programs of control system of sites.
4. Troubleshoot and evaluate the control system and make modifications in it under
supervision of IDS as the main contract from Germany.
5. Work with sites operation staff to troubleshoot process problems.
6. Attend in kickoff meetings with contractors to discuss about their needs and claims.
7. Prepare summaries and reports about what is done in sites.
Working as an Administrator at TPWW from Dec 2013 till Feb 2015
1. Preparing needed instruments for extending SCADA based on international tender.
2. Assessing and auditing companies based on technical documents and their experiences
3. Establishing R&D office for research and development prospective plan.
