2. WHAT IS ORGANIZATION
 The act or process of organizing
 Something that has been organized or
made into an ordred whole
 Something made up of elements with varied
functions that contribute functions: an
organism
 A group of persons organized for a
partcular purpose;an association:a
benevolent organization

3. DEFINATION OF ORGANIZATIN
 A group of individuals who are joined
together to achive their predeterimined
objectives.
 The procrss by wich the structure and a
location of jobes are deterimined.
 Organization is the establishment 0f the
relashionship between the activities to be
performed.

5. FORMAL ORGANIZATION
 Formal organization is leagally consitituted
or degreed by those autharities,this is the
organizing as it is supose to function based
on delibasate assingnment of tasks function
and authority relastionship.

created spontaneously.it can exist
independent .

 Organization is a means of a creating
coordination among different departments of the
enterprise

8. LIBRARY ORGANIZATION
 Libraray is a social institution. it needs a simple
and systematic organizational structure to achieve
its goals and objectives the librarians should be
adopt various suitable criteria structure necessry
programs and activities of library
 for organization the function of a library its
activities , relating to each function have to be
devided in to works and jobes and grouped and
arranged to form a structure. so it is a practice to
devided and grouped the activities of a library.

or communities .
Back grundand discussion ;it can be stated that
organization use management conrol system in
order to influence employes behaviour in the
right direction ,with aim of achieving
organizational goal nevertheless employes
behaviours can be dificult to direct in a desired
way,espacially if individual goal are not aligent
with the organizational goals .
