22. Maximizer Team Bonus
• Your PAT is based on QEV as against DV earlier. However, you continue
to earn your MTB on your Less Leg.
• Your Enrolment lineage is converted into Placement Lineage (Strong and
Less Leg). As you grow your QEV, you will also in this process build your
Placement Lineage and help to create spillovers for your downlines.
• Therefore to maximize your MTB earnings you should continue to focus
on building both your Strong as well as Less Leg.

28. Rules
• Blue Diamond and Royal Double Diamond can requalify for the R&R
reward only once at the same PAT. Royal Crown Diamond and higher
can qualify multiple number of times on meeting the requalification
criteria
• Consultant cannot avail a lower reward than the highest award ever
availed
• Rewards already availed cannot be availed again as per the modified
plan. For example: If you have availed the Blue Diamond reward twice,
you now have to qualify as a minimum Royal Diamond for the reward
• All rewards subject to TDS as per Government of India rules
• R&R points accumulated till May’14 will be converted into appropriate
number of months
– For example: If you have accumulated 90000 points on Blue Diamond title,
the same will now be converted to 3 months of title achievement.
29. Transition
For PAT Silver Star till PAT President Diamonds (as per new career path)
transition will be as follows:
1. Since the plan is being announced in the middle of the month, incase
income of PAT Silver Star to PAT President Diamonds is lower under the
new plan, they will be paid the difference between their old plan bonus
and new plan bonus for the Month of June’14
2. Transition on Team Builder Bonus (TBB) Vs Power Team Bonus (PTB)

• For all consultants who have started their race for Thailand- Qualified for
1 or both months in April/May’14- can continue their qualifications as

Diamond as per new career path
– Required title Diamond (Base Title was Emerald): Will still require Diamond
as per new career path
– Required title President Diamond or higher (Base title was Diamond)- Will
still require President Diamond or higher as per new career path
