Feed technology-- the huge issue here is the conversion ratio-- how many pounds of wild fish does it take to make a pound of farmed fish? For salmon that is 9 to 1. Scientists are concerned that we are decimating wild fisheries of forage fish to feed farmed fish. So companies in that space are huge -- finding ways to use algae as a soure of protein, etc.
Mini processing and mini cold storage facilities -- both of those are going to get huge.
