Goal:
Creation and upgrade of best practice for integration and education process
as generation of pilot model for educational integration enhancing the role
of education in the values of families from ethnic minotities​​
Tasks:
Increasing interest in the learning process and increase the attendance of
classes
Research needs of the target group and local community
Creating a positive motivation to continue their education after eighth
grade pupils and their families
•Practical training of teaching staff to work in a multicultural environment
∗ 50 students from ethnic communities - 23 in grade VIII
grade, motivated to continue their education and 27
ending IX grade within the project
∗ 50 parents of students who have completed two
modules of motivational training
∗ Group of 20 teachers who have completed two
modules of training for work in multicultural
environment
∗ Group of 40 teachers from primary schools in
neighborhoods with compact or mixed population of
ethnic communities who have completed one modul
of training for work in multicultural environment

∗ Extracurricular activities: Sports Day, Day of Tolerance,
meeting with representatives of local business
∗ Working with the community: forming a club “Active
parent" and a Committee of informal community leaders
