How Do We Create Patches?
The process of making exceptional military embroidered patches is that we produce it
based on our ability to accurately translate your design, logo or idea into the medium of
artwork (digitizing) to our computer controlled embroidery machines.
We start with a very high quality twill using equally high quality colored threads that are
sewn from the computer generated pattern of threads onto the twill to form the exact
design that you want.
Depending on how the final patch to product will be used, we can apply different types of
backing material to the underside of the twill of the finished patch. Most military patches
are 100% coverage with Velcro backing although not limited or restricted to can be
attached to their military uniforms.
What size & or shape should my patch be?
There are many common shapes and sizes for military unit patches such as circles,
rectangular tabs and/or shield shape but definitely not limited to these alone. We are
happy to show you in art different options.
