Our non-exclusivity agreement.

1. EXCLUSIVITY AND NON SOLICITATION AGREEMENT
The undersigned have executed an Exclusivity and Non Solicitation Agreement (“Agreement”) dated __________. In furtherance of that
Agreement, the undersigned agree that as a condition for Referred Clients to continue contracting with CRE Credit Services, LLC (“CRE”) and in
consideration of continued contracting with CRE and receipt of the compensation now and hereafter paid by the referred clients to CRE for
services rendered, CRE shall not knowingly or willfully encourage referred clients to seek funding for the purpose of obtaining a same or similar
product or service through any source other than that source from which said referral was originally obtained. Moreover, CRE consents to not
solicit referred clients for any other purposes than credit counseling and restoration.
Additionally, in the interest of corporate transparency and cooperation, it is hereby defined that CRE will direct referred clients initially in all
requests for a similar product or service to that offered by the original referral source back to that originating referral source. Any and all
requests by referred clients for additional competitive advisement will only be honored after the receipt of an original, signed request from the
original source of the referral.
In reciprocation for terms set forth herein, referral source does also pledge and agree that any clients, for whom credit restoration is necessary
to advance a business relationship, will be referred exclusively to CRE for credit counseling purposes.
