Hans Rosling Special Guest Speaker in Palestinian Territories WSD
4 October 2010 -- Swedish Professor Hans Rosling has been a pioneer in
using information technology to popularize international statistics among
the general public. He will be a special guest speaker at an event
organized by the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS) to
celebrate World Statistics Day. Prof. Rosling is expected to show the
power of statistics through data visualization, with his popular animations
converting complex statistics into moving bubbles that reveal clear global
trends.
