  1. You can’t just hire developers to build your business planYou can’t just find a business monkey to make money for you off what you’re building
  2. Putting thought into this was good though, but it lasted 2 months and then Adam became CEOThe idea of the formality was important, but the real deal never was, the details are asinine and hilarious- Adam acted like a full co-founder, so we made him one, you can’t “hire” a co-founder
  3. You better really like the person since you can’t have sex with them.Can’t expect to agree on everything, but you can’t turn it into a decision by committee, trust them
  4. Disagreed on selling the company.Drunk in hotel room in SF (Ritz) and got in a fight about the people product.Couldn’t agree on product roadmap.Decided to build simply measured.
