• Your loaf is essential for the world to go round
• If you will, and your loaf makes a wow

6. • Interpreting the assignment challenge; during reframing we resolved on the fact
that the value of the loaf lies not in the physical but in the literal, specifically in the
sharing of bread. The sharing of bread is different when viewed in the context of
culture, heritage and tradition
• So with that in mind:
• We thought about people and what they have to say about bread
• 750 people were invited to answer the same challenge. (Federico knows lots of people)
• 52 images were received, most of taken specially for the challenge. Some were also
extracted from the web as they were interesting for the event.
• We found that the value was not just in the sharing of bread, but also in being asked to
share.
• Once engaged people were excited to share in their ideas and in the fun of building on
the concept. They made time for it, people living as far as sweden participated.

7. • With that insight we decided to reframe further
• In some cultures – Loaf is a slang word for head. Share your Loaf – Share your head
• We also intrigued by the sound of "Loaf" and how close is resembles the sound of "Love"
- "Share your Loaf - Share your Love”
• Establish a media to request input on specific topics
• Invite like minded people to comment and share suggestions and insight based on their
point of view.
• The sourcing and grouping of ideas in such a way, will trigger further ideas and thought,
leading to a well baked concept or idea.
• Share ur Loaf was born.
• Huge Kudos to the amazing people that responded with their excellent interpretations
and pictures as part of this experiment.
