- 4. What does Se.A do? SE.A initiative acts to facilitate the actions of all public and private stakeholders involved in project identification and project management of initiative financed by the European Union or other international donors SE.A has three main action lines :
- 5. 1. Improving communication and dissemination Many times initiatives financed by the International and national donors seems to be acts only within few actors. Improving communication and exchange of information could favour new and best projects
- 6. 2. Opening to all local stakeholders All local stakeholders in all countries (EU or candidate countries) ask for a participation in a more activily way. SE.A has proposed to create working communities and Communities of practices. Real and virtual places where all experts can participate and propose idea.
- 7. 3. SEA. A SYSTEM OF STRATEGIC ALLIANCES: “ SOFT” ON THE ADMINISTRATIVE POINT OF VIEW “ HARD” ON KNOWLEDGE POINT OF VIEW
- 8. How does Se.A works ? SE.A is a network of institutions with Marche Regional authority as coordinator. All members can participate free of charge sharing SE.A goals, all national and local stakeholders can be a members, both public and private organizations.
- 9. COMMUNITY OF PRACTICES Sharing a Specific Culture and knowledge Social cohesion and common goals within the community A common operative activity where all participants are involved
- 10. COMMUNITIES OF PRACTICES OF S.EA To Trasform idea and proposals in feasibile and concrete projects more attractive for international donors in Euro Adriatic area
- 13. WAY OF WORKING Project as: a well defined set of actions with an own budget, a period of implementation and specific objective Coomunity of Practice SE.A DONORS SPONSOR
