4. Have other agents tour you property and provide you with feedback
5. Place your property in color brochures offered in spring and summer
6. Place ads in local papers during high traffic times of year
7. Have a brochure box on your sign to highlight the selling points of your property
8. Place photo tour on the MLS site to highlight your property
9. Keep you informed of showings and feedback through monthly reporting
