Making
Collaborative decision
making, by using knowledge
building principles, focuses on
the “how” and not the “who”
as decision models have
previously done.
Knowledge building, in this
context could be defined as
“…the social activity by
which communities create
new knowledge through a
process of collaborative,
iterative idea improvement.”
It is by engaging in this
thorough process that
decision making could start to
shift to a more collaborative
mode.
