- The module in Tendenci that manages the membership status of members of you organizationMemberships controls:Pricing for different Membership Types (regular, student, etc.) Online Membership applications Online and offline payment of Membership dues Reminder notices for expiring Memberships Simple renewal of Membership statusMembers are designated in the system by an entry in the Member ID field of the User record and can receive special pricing for events and/or access to restricted sections of the site.
- Benefits of membership - give them access to cms pages, access to the certain site portions (e.g. jobs, resumes, articles, etc.), charge for members, site users are free, special pricing for members, business directory listings can be part of membership, Memberships expire and can be renewed online. Automatic renewal reminders that go out at the frequency specified by the administratorRenewal reminders can be customized.
- Membership pricing is controlled by membership types. There s no limit to then number of membership types you can haveYou can also have renewal pricing through renewal membership types and allow for free memberships with Admin only membership types
- Five different options available for collecting membership dues. The payment types are selected by the Admin when they are creating the online membership application
