our presentation because it has
a larger space than any other
spaces also it has a lot of
equipment which will be needed
to present our presentation. As
in the larger screen this will
allow our audience to see our
presentation very well. It also
has a great sound system which
is very important when we have
to show our audience the videos
of the process which we created
the murals. But in a way I think
this space will not be
appropriate to our target
audience because I think the
spaces is too big and it would
be hard to control a number of
people. To book this venue we

3. » This drama room is pretty good
because the room is very dark
and this will make our
presentation very clear to our
audience. This room is a
medium sized room I think the
audience will fit in there
very well also the lighting
system we can put spot lights
on the speakers but the
problem is it will be really
harder for us to take our
audience back to the music
rooms to show our murals it’s
too far. So in my opinion I
think this space will not be
appropriate. To book this
venue we have to e-mail
Mr.Bray and get the permission
if it is available on the day
we want to present our work

4. » This combination is a very
Music Room appropriate for our audience
this because it’s near the
rooms where the murals are
also we have a good space and
two different layouts which
makes a great impression. The
music room has a piano and a
good smart board also the
sound system is not bad
either. The music corridor is
a great because you can hang
pictures of the process on the
walls which is very
interesting and professional.

5. » We thought it will be easier
to present our presentation in
the music practice rooms where
the actual murals are but this
was a bad idea in terms of
there’s a really small space
and also there are no chairs
so this will make our audience
uncomfortable. But is the
rooms were bigger and there
were chairs this will make it
so easier. To book this venue
we have to e-mail the music
teaches and get the
permission.
