Wanted: Sustainable food system Data from Nature News comment by Pavan Sukhdev, Peter May and Alexander Müller. Nature News just published a comment on sustainable food systems. In it, the authors announce a new project dedicated to evaluating the impact of food chains, and they wish to assess externalities. Inspired by their article and numbers I did a short animation.
