Strip Mill, Blast Furnace, Oxygen Plant, Sinter Plant etc.
First Joined as Graduate Engineer Trainee in JSW ISPAT STEEL LTD., Dolvi since 10th
July 2009.I have attend the 12 days training program covering the technical aspects of
steel manufacturing process ,Production planning,TPM,Six sigma kaizen, Supply chain
management, SAP application etc.
Presently working as Asst.Manager in MRSS (Main Receiving Step down Sub-Station of
220/33Kv) after completion of training.

AC Hipot testing kit is used to verify the strength of insulation between a
product’s current carrying components and its enclosure
Testing of 33KV, 6.6KV, 11KV (HT Switch gear panel), 433 V (LT panel).
Testing and maintenance of LT motors.
Handling scheduling of power plant according to plant load to maximize
used of power.
Maintenance of battery charger and UPS for continuous supply of DC for
operation of breaker and protection relay.
Planning and Material Management
Maintaining and Controlling Maximum Demand (M.D.) within specified
limits, to Optimize Plant Load Factor
Functional experience in SAP R/3 planning, Inventory, analysis and reports
using PM and MM modules, Generating Notification and Reservation as an
end user.
Plan & Execute periodic, Breakdown, Shutdown maintenance schedule for
uninterrupted and smooth plant operation and maintaining records for
maintenance of electrical equipments.
Break down analysis and preparing action Plan for repetitive failures,
shutdown planning and execution.
Planning for to maintain the electrical switchyard and substation related
spares and its availability.
Proper maintain of all the electrical drawings and technical documents.
Responsible for man power handling and planning for maintenance / shift
activities.
Coordinating Total productive maintenance (TPM) activities such as 5S,

shutdown / breakdowns.
