The joint venture has been created to develop, produce and distribute laminate flooring in Europe as well as other parts of the world. LaminatePark site hosts the production facility, the R&D department, the logistics and the European marketing & sales offices, with a total of 250 employees. and

Manufacturing o Built in 2006, one of the most modern and automated production technology in Western Europe using a Direct Pressure Laminate (DPL) o Production capacity: > 20 000 000 m² /year o 2 press - and synchronized saw - lines controlled by video cameras Member of the European Producers of Laminate Flooring (EPLF) and certified European Laminate quality (ELQ). At LaminatePark we follow strictly all the EN13329 norm guidelines and control the quality of our flooring, applying even tighter tolerances. 3. - 9. 9 Resource stewardship We continuously reduce our water and energy consumption following an environmental and energy management system (ISO 50001 and ISO 14001) 66% of all energy consumed is produced by recycling sawdust as bio fuel. People-friendly spaces Our laminate has: Very low VOC emissions And: > Its glue-less nature makes it a clean product to install > Its basic maintenance requires no chemicals Reuse and recycle Our laminate can be recycled At the end of its life-cycle, laminate flooring can be reused or recycled or be used as energy source; it is totally combustible and incinerate without dangerous emissions Better raw materials Our laminate products are made of 85% natural and renewable material from carefully managed forests. Our laminate products are PEFCTM certified mixed credit (IC-PEFC-1202) Our plant is FSC Certified * Volatile Organic Compounds. These include for example alkenes, aromatic compounds, terpenes, esters, aldehydes, ketones and halogenated hydrocarbons. 4. Environment
- 10. 10 The Blue Angel (Blauer Engel) is a German certification for products which are environment friendly. It was created in 1978, as the first worldwide environment label. Ü means that VOC* emissions have been measured and their level found to be well below the limit for the German National Technical Approval according to DIN EN 14041:2008-05. All our laminate finished goods have been produced, following the PEFC (Programme for Endorsement of Forest Certification) scheme. With LaminatePark High-End Technology we focus on Eco-friendly production and are proud to be certified by most important institutions: * Volatile Organic Compounds. These include for example alkenes, aromatic compounds, terpenes, esters, aldehydes, ketones and halogenated hydrocarbons. Further more, our base boards (HDF) do respect the FSC(R) (Forest Stewardship Council) i.e. use woods from socially and environmentally responsible forestry.
