A person can monitor their progress to
achieve these goals through a ‘Personal

5. AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT
Having achieved my short-term and medium-term
goals I am still on a quest to achieve my and long-
term goal.
Although my presenting skills are getting better,
they can still be improved upon. I feel I am getting
better at engaging with an audience when
presenting and making my presentations more
enjoyable for people to watch.
I can improve this skill more by continuing to
present to my friends and family, and then gradually
to a larger audience, and getting feedback of how
well they think I presented to them.
