How We Work
Like property agency, successful property management relies on good
communications. All too often letting agents pass on property management to a
management department and then forget about it, moving on to the next ‘deal’.
Prop-manage maintains regular contact with landlords and tenants - via Prop-search
where the agency team is already appointed - with the purpose of ensuring a closer
working relationship. This enables both positive and negative issues to be addressed,
minimising voids and maximising income.
We can take control and responsibility for all or part of the process to manage the
landlord and tenant relationship.
We use a dedicated system to administer rent collection and reconciliation, as well as to
provide an individual diary and alert facility for significant deadlines relating to matters
such as rent review dates, break options, service of Notices.
We handle all types of commercial property management from individual buildings to
entire estates - from landscape management to rent collection - from planned
buildings maintenance to rent reviews and lease renewals.
