16. www.samanthabell.com.au 4. Innovation Strategy Consider how online (e.g. Yammer, internal blogs) will aid in bringing about innovation in the change program. How could you generate conversation internally using online – for the betterment of your program? Find your innovation advocates.
17. www.samanthabell.com.au 5. Talent Management Strategy Competitors can be watching what the best talent has to say on their Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other accounts. Work out how you will engage talent on these platforms, especially at crucial milestones. Keep up to date with them, they are (potentially) your online advocates.

19. www.samanthabell.com.au If you don’t yet know about online media, get training, get a coach. Involve people in your program who have used online media a lot. Theory is very different to hours blogging, tweeting, on Facebook, uploading to YouTube, learning what works, what’s appropriate.
