Resource Sourcing - Employee Referrals, Proprietary Database, Networking,
Advertisements and Online Resume Databases
Sourcing Size – Approximately 20,000 resumes
Screening Process includes…
Validation Candidates must take an online test in several
technical areas. The online test is a Proprietary
system developed by Multivision.
Prescreening Telephonic interview followed by a mandatory face-
Interview to-face interview or Video Conference Interview.
Post Offer Past employment verification (reference check).
Background Criminal background checks, drug tests and credit
Verification check upon client request.
Client Interview Our Clients either hire over the phone or call for a
face-to-face interview. Multivision will take care of all
travel expenses in case of a face-to-face interview.
