• Because of low literacy, the nutrition knowledge don’t reach
to everybody.

group at every meal.
•Meat, fish and alternatives - select something from this group twice

•Food containing fats and sugar should be eaten in moderation
unless one is trying to increase the energy intake.

• Spreading of knowledge should start from primary school
level.
• Media can advertise nutritional food consumption.
• Family holder should be care about maintaining healthy diet of

• Government and NGOs can arrange more campaigns and
workshops.
